Meet the Host

Wave Rentals is a family-run vacation rental company located in beautiful South Florida. Our host and owner, Larry Schram, was born and raised in California and has been a lifelong lover of surfing and the ocean. With his dedication to providing exceptional service and his love for the ocean, Larry ensures that all guests at Wave Rentals have a memorable and enjoyable stay.

As a Super Host, Larry’s goal is to provide exceptional service to all of our guests. With over 20 years of experience in the rental business, he understands the importance of proactive communication and anticipating guests’ needs before they even arrive.

In addition to running Wave Rentals, Larry works in the Engineering Department at the City of Hollywood. In his free time, Larry enjoys taking on passion projects that enhance the guest experience at his rental properties.

Together, the Schram family team brings a unique set of skills and expertise to the business. Our level of care and dedication to our guests is unmatched, and we strive to provide a 5 star experience for everyone who stays with us.

  Recently stayed at Larry’s place for 9 days  House was very clean & comfortable.  Very modern. Conveniently located.  Grass outside needs to be cut down.  Larry is very easy to communicate with and responds timely. The dryer stopped working, during our stay, and he replaced it with a new dryer the same evening. Exceptional service

  Larry has an amazing place. Everything was above and beyond my expectations. He allowed us to check in early ( which prevented us from driving around with our luggage in the car for 3-4 hours.   Great great place to stay … love how the bedrooms were completely separated.. lots of privacy . Cleanliness is a 10.. the grass could’ve been mowed, however it was not that bad. but overall 10/10 highly recommend. Check in/ out was flexible & easy, the host Larry super friendly.   This was a great air bnb with a great host! The property is located in close to the beach, Hard Rock, and a fairly quick drive to Miami. I loved having access to the shuttle that takes you to the beach. Larry was great to work with and very accommodating! I would definitely stay again!

  Really enjoyed staying at Larry’s house for the entire month. Close to everything: beach, shops etc..pretty big house with the private patio. Larry is such a great host.
